How Corsalis finds and markets urban logistics space in city centers

Nothing, or almost nothing, is offered to urban distribution professionals to establish the final links of a “last quarter of an hour” logistics system in city centers. Two “ex-Carrefour” employees of the subsidiary managing the group’s industrial real estate assets are taking the gamble of identifying and equipping this new class of assets. No longer under the control of “large-scale logistics” principals, but, on the contrary, upstream of the unexpressed needs of the various operators working on this last hyper proximity network.
